We are the third generation of an artisan bakery, founded in Fuencaliente in 1937. Although with the passage of time and almost inevitably, some techniques or work processes have been modified, we preserve the essence. We make breads made with sourdough, top quality organic flours and we respect the fermentation times to get a good and digestive bread. La Casa del Volcán
Traditional stone construction dating from 1919 and registered in the Denomination of Origin of La Palma wines. we handcraft a dry white wine, with the variety of grape known in Fuencaliente as "Bujariego", grown near the winery. In our restaurant, you can enjoy a wide menu of Canarian dishes.
