We are the third generation of an artisan bakery, founded in Fuencaliente in 1937. Although with the passage of time and almost inevitably, some techniques or work processes have been modified, we preserve the essence. We make breads made with sourdough, top quality organic flours and we respect the fermentation times to get a good and digestive bread. Our French pastries and our patisserie are pieces made with great tact, always seeking excellence. All the people who make up this wonderful team have something in common: the passion for what we do.

El Parada is located in the center of the municipality, it is a small bar that celebrates 100 years of history this decade. Today the same almond cookies "Almendrados" are still made as in the past, as well as their almond cheeses “Quesos de almendra” and a great variety of typical products of the island, accompanied by the sweet Malvasia from Fuencaliente.

Imagined and created around the wood-fire oven, El Quinto Pino is reborn today with a new gastronomic project, with room rentals available. Our cuisine is mainly based on cooking in the oven. We propose meat and fish, original salads and carpaccio of vegetables or fish,couscous or goat stew with spices. And also to take away, fresh pasta pizzas and lasagnas.
